Each hamper is customised after order confirmation, so refund eligibility depends on order status and preparation stage.
Cancellations
- Cancellation requests should be made as early as possible after payment.
- Once customisation or packing has started, cancellation may not be possible.
- If an item is unavailable, the customer will be contacted for replacement or refund options.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If the parcel arrives damaged or incorrect, contact support on WhatsApp with order ID, photos and unboxing proof.
